Return and Refund Policy
At Anhara Designs, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality check before being dispatched. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.
1. General Policy

Eligibility: We only accept returns or exchanges in the event of damaged products, incorrect items, or incorrect sizes (different from what was ordered).

Current Stand: Aside from the exceptions mentioned above, we do not provide general returns or refunds.

Timeframe: Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all requests.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To entertain any claim regarding damages or missing items, a 360° unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be:

Unedited and Uncut: One continuous shot from start to finish.

Clear: Show the address label on the parcel clearly at the beginning.

Detailed: Demonstrate the defect or issue clearly under good lighting.
-
Immediate: Started before the seal is broken.
Note: Without a proper unboxing video as per these guidelines, your claim will not be processed.
3. Saree Specific Guidelines
Certain characteristics of handloom and powerloom sarees are inherent to the weaving process and are not considered defects.
Non-Returnable Issues:

Small knots, bumps, or "slubs" (residual threads bundled together).

Uneven threads connecting the border to the body.

Minute gaps around motifs.
-
Dye "bleeding" into the pallu (common in powerloom sarees).
-
Loose threads in Bandhani used for tying/dyeing.
-
Color Variations: Slight differences in color may occur due to photographic lighting or digital screen settings.
Eligible Defects for Sarees:

Visible tears in the fabric.
-
Incorrect length (shorter than stated).
-
Missing blouse piece (if specifically stated as included).
4. Exclusions

Minor Manufacturing Defects: Loose threads or minor finishing issues that do not affect the wearability of the product are not eligible for replacement.

Change of Mind: We do not offer returns for a change of mind or personal preference.
5. The Return Process
We do not currently offer a return pickup facility.

Shipping: Customers must self-ship the product back to our provided address.

Authorization: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging with all tags intact.
6. Replacements and Refunds

Replacements: If your claim is approved, a free replacement will be dispatched within 7 days.

Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
